Have you ever encountered this 'scene' in any media? (The Villain Parade)

Might be my fault for watching shounen anime and playing JRPG

BUT I've seen it a lot. Sometimes it's done pretty well and actually gets me interested/intrigued about the villains. Others, it's as comical as this parody and only makes me roll my eyes.

They usually do it to introduce the 'big bads' that are ultimately the sub boss.

If I recall they had this both in Inuyahsa, and in Rurouni Kenshin. I think Bruce Lee kind of had this in Enter the Dragon.

Yeah and in One Piece too (I'm pretty sure that's the more strict reference)
A lot of JRPG have it, Trails of Cold Steel does it for all 3 Games that I played.
I'm 80% sure Fairy Tail does it a couple of times.

I like the Trope but plot wise, it's very comical. Like, ok, 'were the secret super villains, let's reveal ourselves in this epic way'
I don't Think it happened in DBZ at all, but I haven't seen all the series that often.

My favorite version of this trope is when the 'super' villains are having a 'counsel' meeting. Makes a tiny bit more sense plot wise than them Parading in the streets to show themselves to the protags.

My first thought was Kingdom Hearts, though there are of course 13 guys (12 guys + 1 girl, because they're only allowed to have one*) in Organization XIII.

KH Lore is so beyond busted haha. So much of the good bits is locked to the random side games.
But do they ever do the actual 'parade' like in this parody?

Towards the end of Kingdom Hearts III (though that is the real Organization XIII, which is a different group from the one in the previous games - it's a very silly game series) they do line up all of them for a big boss rush. Their intros where they establish what kind of sicko they are were spread out throughout the Disney worlds, though.
