I just found out about this over at reddit.com. She was an SFF author that was one of the founders of Writer's Beware. Anyone who works so selflessly deserves a moment of our time.

Ann Crispin Passes Away

I read a letter someone shared on a blog from her that was her last goodbye when she found out she didn't have much longer to live. I'm sad to hear that. We should all try more to help out our fellow writers when we can like Ann did.

Here's her Facebook page with her letter, posted just three days before she died. She will be missed; she did a lot of great work for the writing community. RIP.
