Characters sings...How do I write it?

My MC is singing the lullaby to the hatchling, how do I properly write it?
This is how I wrote it out first, is it correct?

The hatchling finally stumbles free of the egg, and tumbles in front of its mother, looking up at her with a coo, her mother replies with a similar sound. Without thought, Melima softly begins an elven lullaby.

Sleep, katinar, Sleep
The unicorns frolic in the prairie
Their soft coat is white as sleet.
Dancing in moonlight so merry
Sleep, katinar, sleep

The hatchling slowly turns looking at her, and coos at her as she continues her song.

Looks good, but you could try italicizing it. Not necessary, though. You could also center-align it. Not necessary though.

thanks, I was thinking of both, but thought I'd ask.
I knew that was how you quoted from someone else, wasn't sure if it was the same for singing.

Don't center it. Just indent each line.
