Just thought I'd share some promotional / fan giveback tools.
Just found out about Facebook "Offers" where pages can provide offers to their fans.
To my mind, this is probably one of the best ways to increase the reach of your page and give back to the fan community.
Smashwords also offers coupons for $x off the price of your book and Goodreads allows you to have giveaways of physical copies of your books.
In order to use the Facebook "Offers" tool, you need to have over 100 fans (probably to prevent spambots). Smashwords and Goodreads have no popularity restrictions, although Goodreads requires you to provide the physical copies of your book and ship them to the winning addresses.
Once I get to 100, I will probably be doing BOGO offers. Note: You can still announce your offers and do them manually of course, but it's nice to get the exposure and let the sites handle the scutwork.
