Hiyya ! My name's Nethal and I am an avid reader of xenofiction. I imagined two novel ideas when I was in primary and middle school. Writing is not my primary way of creating, and I ended up giving up on these ideas. However I recently met someone online and she motivated me to write again ! English is not my first language but I am perfectly comfortable with conversations, both written and oral. For now I am only writing in french tough.

My favorite book series are Wings of Fire, Guardians of Ga'Hoole, Foxcraft, Percy Jackson and other Rick Riordan books, Six of Crows and The City of Dreaming Books, which is my favorite novel.

I am a beginner writer so I hope to find help here. I particularly struggle with writing action scenes, such as fights, and figuring out how societies and biology/ancestory works, especially in one of my story which feature myhtological creatures only.

As I said, writing is not all I do. Mainly, I create video games and work on personal short comics. I also enjoy playing video games, drawing, listening to music (mostly power metal, goth, emo and dark cabaret), watching musicals and crochet. I am also making a website to host most, if not all, of my creations. I struggle to actually finish things though...

I am pleased to meet you all ! I know that writing can be hard, but it's also fun ^^

Hi and welcome! My advice whenever someone says they struggle with action scenes is to read The Ranger's Apprentice series by John Flanagan. You may not care for it as it's YA fantasy, but it has fantastic and very clear action scenes and really helped me improve my writing in that regard.
