This looks just like the place I've been searching for. I'm hoping to meet other writers who will give me honest criticism.

I've been a writer since I was 8, but now I'm finally starting to take it more seriously and write some fantasy/sci-fi stories for competition. For the last couple of years I've kept some novels up for free on allthingsimpossible (I can't post the link since I'm a new member, but you can google it if you're really interested).

I want to make some friends, and give and take some good feedback.

Welcome to the forum. Another option to submitting stories for competition is to submit them for publication.
