Putting in the work so that the unique style and execution of your story shines is an awesome goal.
Trying to create a 100% original story will only drive you crazy.
If you REALLY want to do that, don't forget that first you have to read every story that has ever existed so that you know you aren't repeating anything anyone else has ever done.
If that sounds like it'll take too many lifetimes, try reading Steal Like An Artist  by Austin Kleon, an awesome book on the subject of creativity and originality.

That should only take a few hours.

Welcome here, good luck with your writing.
I wonder if you truly could write a book that had nothing in it that had ever been written before in terms of memes, tropes, themes, structure, style, whether you might find it was so alien to most readers that it wasn't well received. Having your unique take on some of those things is a very worthwhile and achievable goal.
