Greetings, Larry. I came to Mythic Scribes only after publishing my second book. It's showcased on the promotions forum here. (My first book isn't, since that one isn't fantasy in the sense in which that term is used here, although one reviewer did apply it.) More recently, I've been composing some ultra-short stories for writing challenges, one here on Mythic Scribes and a few others elsewhere.
Hey Adam, I'll have to look for your second book. (I made an attempt, but I'm not sure where to go to find it.) Who was your publisher or did you self publish? If you ever want a beta reader, it would be cool to read for a fantasy humor author. Right now I'm beta reading for a published sci fi author. He has two series going.

Larry, I'm an indie (self-publishing) author. Here on Mythic Scribes there is a forum called Self-Promotion. I think that you have access to that forum once you have published five posts. There may be a time gap between the fifth post and access. In addition to beta reading, are you writing anything yourself at the moment?

Looks like your book is available on Smashwords; I'll have to check it out. Right now, most of my effort is going toward finding an agent. I just sent a manuscript to Amy Collins at Talcott Notch. She taught two Writer's Digest Courses that I took, and I think we have a great rapport. Now, the question is whether the novel is a good fit for her. Fingers crossed. So far I have three novels completed in the Two and a Half Kingdoms series, and I'm at about chapter 11 in the fourth novel. I need to find the right balance for my writing time: research (even though it's fantasy), writing, editing, and submitting. I should probably work on a platform one of these days too. Right now, I got nothing for that. Do you have a website?
