Hello all, Thank you for the warm welcome 
I'm new to this forum as well as new to writing. Generally I see myself as a visual artist, a jack of all trades type. About a year ago I had the small twinkling of an idea for a young adult novel. It's been sitting on the back burner in my brain and randomly floats back to the surface. Since its never gone away I think it's about time I do something about it. So here I am, really interested in learning how to cultivate my writing and having a community of writers to question seemed like a great resource. Let the journey begin.
