not exactly a WRITING resource, but really useful for those who want to envision their fantasy weapons.

This technically belongs in games, but I've found it useful enough out here. It's a paid(I think) Steam game with a demo. It is called 'bladesong,' and it has really helped me make weapons for my world. It is singlehandedly the most flexible blademaking game I have ever seen, and it provides you with lots of customizable parts. In fact, the community, in the EARLY ACCESS SESSIONS, made a FORKLIFT. It has separate tabs for the hilt and blade, materials to make them, and some really handy parts you can customize. Check it out!

Anything in the world can be inspiration. Dreams, games, random things occurring every day. Use whatever inspiration you can.

Thanks for sharing. Games often have great resources. They just draw ire if you list them as sources.
