Published my first poem!

Such a silly thing, but I actually sold a poem! I wrote a funny poem about teaching grade 3 and sent it off to a BC Teacher's magazine and they bought it from me! I'm so happy It's my first piece of writing I have sold.

Just doing a little happy dance.

This was basically it. My son was pretty embarrassed, even though it was just he and I in the kitchen when I got the email.
