I am new to the community with a completed (?) work. My working title is Kristiana 3.14159. In a nutshell, a book turned into a series, turned into another series, and so on. I look forward to seeing what others are up to. This is my first foray into a writers community, baby steps along the continuing journey from writer to author. I hope to help others in the community on their journeys. Here's to fine writing and camaraderie!

LOL. OK, before we begin the working title thing. Kristiana: a brief history... D&D was new. I'm that old. My friends and I would not be constrained by rules, so created our own place and characters. Kristiana introduced herself as a bar-madam who ran a tavern and consorted with the local sheriff. She has evolved measurably. Also, I roll characters on a spreadsheet now, redshirts, etc., to keep on hand when I need a kill list or something. Pro's of D&D

Today's work is about the archetypal Light vs. Dark eternal struggle that embroils the mortals in magical and physical conflict. My world Edrathen (name change possible) continues to reveal itself in mysterious and wonderful ways. Kristiana is a ruler, warrior, and more. The book is her evolution from Queen toward Empress. Her conflict is the army come to collect her for her nuptials and the road they must travel. The unique properties of her homeland, protected by geological and magical borders, lend the over-arcing story between two sky spirits, dragons, whose lover's spat threatens the world.

I am not sure how Pi fit in, but I would assume it is meaningful to your story.

yeah. It's a little joke - this character seems to go on forever.

My comment would have been that I'm not sure that a row of digits works well in a title past a very low number (e.g. the 1138 after THX). Now that the form "Kristiana Pi" has been aired, I'd say that works much better.
