Should I Get A Support or Not?

I've been 8 years in business already. But, a cousin advise me to consult an IT services company to make my current business efficient. According to her, a certain company can deliver superb services. As an event specialist, I have been busy attending to the needs of our clients. I really do not have enough time in analyzing my business future needs. Is it really necessary for me to get an IT support for just a small business like mine? Please let me know more about the benefits of getting one.

I married a manager of IT. It's great when anything goes wrong with my laptop or when Word throws me for a loop.

I'm not sure about hiring an entire call center, but I definitely recommend marriage between authors and software engineers.

The only thing better would be snagging a developmental editor.
