Should Pizza exist in a "fantasy" setting?

This reminds of the anime, Frieren, where the main characters are seen eating burgers in what's supposed to be a Medieval European setting.

Isn't that one of the scenes that are memed on in that show lol To be fair, a burger isn't too outlandish, it's just a mashed up beef patty cooked on a grill.

I plan to, the readers are told just what sort of comedy the story is out the gate (Though I may have to reword it, reading it back it feels a bit too blunt) so I'm not sure too many readers will be thrown by pizza (They might be more thrown by Vending machines and Microwaves without a good lore explanation )
