What Are You Playing Now?

Running my fourth run through of Dark Souls Remastered with a parallel campaign in Attila Total War. Late Antiquity Roman Empire(s) is far superior to Classical Antiquity in terms of being interesting in my opinion.

Similar to the What Are You Reading Now? thread, this is a thread just to post and talk about what you're playing at the moment. (Not sure if this thread already exists. If it does, I can merge it later). Can be computer games, console, handheld, tabletop, card, whatever.

For me, I'm currently playing multiple things. I finally got a PS3 so I'm trying it out at the moment.

1. Dragon's Crown: I got the Japanese version, so I have some trouble figuring out some things, but my wife has been playing it with me some, so that helps. So far I really like it. It's like a more in-depth, beat 'em up.

2. Final Fantasy V: One of the few FF games I've never beaten (including 3 and 8), I downloaded it a while back for my PSP, so I'm trying it out again on my PS3.

3. Trapt: One of the PS2 sequels to one of my favorite series ever, Deception, this game is all about trapping people and slinging them all over the place. As soon as I saw it on PSN I was like, "I have to get this."

Additionally, I decided to try something new to me and started with slot games. Such games are very popular, but I'm a pretty skeptical person, so that I was avoiding them. But after all, I decided to give it a try, and it's something I really like. It's pretty complicated to find a good casino to play, but some time ago I found this site https://icasinoreviews.co.nz/real-money-casinos/ where I read that I can play online casino for real money in New Zealand, and I actually found a few sites which looked very interesting to me. I've not played there yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
Dragon's Crown is quite an old game, but I started to play it some time go, and I really like it.
Not the genre I usually prefer, but decent game.
Also, I play Mafia: The Old Country, and so far I like it too. I read some negative reviews, but I just started, so that for me everything looks good.

I’ve recently gotten into a tabletop roleplaying game called Iron & Gold, which is by Précis Intermediate Games. It’s a bit of a stretch mentally for me because there’s one physical stat rather than three or five, but I’m getting used to it. I’m about ready to run a superhero TTRPG as well, but I haven’t decided if it will be DC Heroes (old game with a reprint kickstarter in the recent past) or Icons (new-ish iin-print game that I quite like).

My friends and I are also playing Fabula Ultimate as a TTRPG and it’s fun. Designed for rapid character advancement but lots of it and meant to emulate console games like Final Fantasy.

Roleplaying helps extend Skyrim's life, I think. Along with mods. So if you're able to play on the pc there Phil, I suggest looking into some mods that add more immersion. Also maybe running a character with a challenging build. I've been thinking of running a bard for a while, let's see if I actually get to that someday. :)
I agree. Modded Skyrim on PC can be a totally different game!

I'm playing Chef RPG, which is a lot like Stardew Valley, but you can run your own restaurant. I'm also playing a single player pen and paper RPG called Four Against Darkness. It's far from a perfect game, but after years of being a DM for RPG games, I'm exploring some pen and paper solo play. I just put on some music and my slippers, sip some cider, and unwind :)

Gonna play a tiny bit of Metroid Prime 4 tonight when it releases (Should be midnight release for digital, if not I'll just go to bed)
Been Playing Pokemon Legends ZA and Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment.
