At what point do you feel you've made enough changes to a story, after its been published, that you ought to uptick the edition number? What is your threshold?

ScribeI also keep every proof copy. The uncorrected ones would indeed be worth a fortune if the books were sufficiently well known!I have made a number of small corrections along the way, but I have stayed with Edition one. But...I recently used Text to Speech to listen to it, and fixed all the missing word errors. I think its enough to call it a newer editions, but I dont want to do it. I like it being a first.
I solved problem I think. I purchased 3 more copies to hand out if it should ever come up, and when I get them, I will move the edition up. If I ever become rich and famous, those ones with the errors will be the valuable ones![]()
