Women written by women

Can any of you please recommend me some good books with female protagonists written by women, it would help me write women characters better

I prefer fantasy romance written by women with strong female protagonists. One of the best non fantasy books with female characters I have read are "The Bean Trees" by Barbara Kingsolver, "Paradise" by Toni Morrison, and the heartbreaking "The Lovely Bones" by Alice Sebold. In fantasy I love the author Silvia Mercedes' books, I think some of her best work is "The Venatrix Chronicles" and "Prince of the Doomed City" (unfinished yet). Audrey Grey's Oathtaker series is really good but also unfinished with no date for the fifth book. Finally, I loved, loved, loved Natalia Jaster's Foolish Kingdom series. It switches back and forth between male and female but the stories are heartrending as they deal with people with mental and emotional disabilities (the last book is male/male romance but all others are female/male).
