Originally titled 'The Elf Princess' the story was going to end with the princess being kidnapped and having to be rescued. There are several problems with that though;
1. All elves are trained as good fighters
2. It becomes a whole 'damsel in distress' story (which I hate with a passion).
3. The current new title - 'Intruders in the Elflands' sounds like the title of the first chapter of a novel and is somewhat limiting in scale.
4. Thus far the female lead, Aeryn has proven to be unlikable, selfish, spoiled and just all around unpleasant and the male lead, Skye seems to fall flat.
As it is now, the story is playing like the first chapter of a novel so I could probably play on that later on...
