LF a resouce that has lots of (soldierly) curse

I think curses are universally hard to come up with, but a non native speaker like me might have some more trouble coming up with decent curses. Especially if blasphemy can't be used, because religion doesn't matter in the story. You can always go with profanity, but I've always preferred blasphemy. That's just the way we curse in Belgium.

So I was wondering: is there some book or site that has or is a list of English curses and/or curse words? I know there are some on wikipedia, but that's too dictionary like.

I'm not aware of a good source for curses & cuss words. But, I assume you're not referring to mundane curses like use of the word "damn", which could be used within the context of a fantasy religion.

damn is easy to use, but it's blasphemy. It has no meaning without a christian context.

I disagree. In fantasy, anyone could be damned by their god. That'd be up to the writer.

True, but to me it has a distinct christian flavor. Either way, I'm not sure if I'll even include religion in my story so I'm hesitant about using any blasphemy

Religion may not be a part of your story, but it will almost certainly be a part of your characters world... I am not a Christian but I still say "bloody hell" or "Jesus H Christ"if I stub my toe... It's part of the world I was brought up in.
