A fun competition...I don't understand the concept. As far as I'm concerned winner takes all and the Devil take the hindmost.

I find it to be a commendable idea.
Parqstu, feel free to start a quiz thread within Fantasy Media. Whether Film/Television or Novels, please remember and encourage remaining on topic with your original post. For example, if it's within Film/Television, not only will it remain Film/Television questions but also Fantasy related. Perhaps the guideline could be for you to initiate the "game" with the first question, the next post would answer and then follow up with a question of their own. Make one for each board if you wish.
As an alternate form of working a quiz, we could have a regular weekly or monthly event. Generate a set of somewhat open ended trivia questions to eliminate the "google it" method. Have answers submitted and a best answer for each question and/or the best set of answers. As for what the winner would achieve or receive would be an idea to be further discussed.
At Dusk I Reign, I agree with the Google mention, however, learning something new would be unavoidable.
I suppose I don't quite understand, but let me know if the above sounds at all interesting to you.

I think trivia is a great way to learn and teach, even if you have to look up answers, you suddenly find yourself learning something!
