I just number them. I have enough of a hard time figuring out a title for my books, though, so I don't want to have to think of chapter titles as well!
I think maybe we're going to hit the saturation point for reality shows soon, and so hopefully they'll calm down a bit in the next few years. But I have no idea which genre will take over, honestly. I'm hoping mystery, because I love it! :p
What the others said. If you thought it was interesting enough to spend time thinking about it, working out details and so on, then it probably is interesting.
I think if I ever have a wedding in one of my books, I'd be very surprised! But I'd probably make a sort of mash-up of different traditions that'll fit into my fake religion(s). There'd definitely be a lot of dancing, however I do it!
Does anyone know of any free online fantasy games I could play? I know about some online shooters/platformers/etc., but I don't know any that're in the fantasy genre.
Really? I had no idea they were doing something interesting like that! The last time I tried watching something on SyFy they were just playing a bunch of their made-for-TV horror/scifi movies all day. Not really my cup of tea...
I agree! I like unusual words, but when I run across one of them in a story I don't necessarily want to have to pause to look up the meaning in a dictionary.
I tried a new type of pizza today, and it's my new favorite! It's barbecue pizza chicken! Instead of tomato sauce, you get barbecue sauce. It's really great!
What's your favorite type of pizza? This is a very important question. :p
I can't believe so many of you haven't read the books! :D If you ever get the chance to, you definitely should. They're a lot of fun and even more snarky than the TV show was.
Congratulations! That's an amazing achievement, especially in how quickly you wrote so many words! I still haven't built up that kind of writing stamina, unfortunately.
I enjoyed the movie but I was disappointed with some of the changes from the book. I think the book was much more emotionally fulfilling, especially with regards to the friendships/pseudo-romances/etc. between the main characters. The reveal of the baddie, for instance, was much...
Anyone else remember this? I think it was a good effort, although obviously it wasn't perfect. I actually really enjoyed it, although I hated how they screwed around with the order of the episodes. Plus what's-his-face wasn't really my idea of Harry, but he was still entertaining to watch.
I'm not going to participate this year. Normally I at least give it a shot, and I get a good chunk of something done, but by about the halfway mark I'm wiped out and hating myself/my book/etc. This year I'm just going to cheer others from the sideline, and continue working on my stories at my...
Sometimes when I'm doing research for a story I end up spending WAY too much time looking up various things that are maybe only a tiny bit related to what I was originally researching. It's fun, because I learn about new things, but it's annoying because I'm spending time where I could be...
