Hi everyone, I'm Diremoon.
I'm currently writing a fantasy/progression series set in a world called Vaer’Thyra, which has gradually turned into a fairly substantial worldbuilding project alongside the actual novel.
I tend to enjoy the machinery underneath fantasy settings almost as much as the stories themselves — magic systems, progression, cultures, politics, economics, mythology, and working out what happens when all those things start interacting in ways I didn't originally anticipate.
At the moment I've been doing a lot of work stress-testing the setting's magic and progression systems, so I expect I'll end up spending quite a bit of time around the World Building and Brainstorming sections.
I'm also happy to poke holes in other people's systems where useful. I generally find “have you considered what happens if someone does this?” much more helpful than simply being told an idea sounds good.
Looking forward to getting to know the place.
