I mentioned this in the other thread, but it seems worth repeating.
Amazon seems to have glitched. Two of my reviews apparently posted, but Amazon did not notify me. After ten days, Authentic contacted me, explained the situation, and gave me the points. This seems to be a general issue with Amazon, as Authentic had multiple complaints. Clearing the browser cache helps.
That said...anymore reading is more chore than a pleasure, which bums me out. I stick mostly to shorter nooks as a consequence.
