I don't know what you mean by "adventure poem", but, if they exist, someone must have written them...

"After watching television I,"
"After watching television I fed my dog."
"After watching television I called my friend."
"Decided to go to the park."
"Once I got to the park I,"
"Watched the sun set."
"Decided to leave because I forgot to feed my dog."
"Take the right path to the park."
"Once I got to the park I,"
"Watched the sun set."
"After watching the sun set I called my friend."
"We decided to hang out at her house."
"We decided to hang out at my house."
"After watching the sun set I decided to go home."
"I took the long path home."
"I took the short path home."

"Decided to leave because I forgot to feed my dog."
"After I got home I fed my dog and relaxed for a while."
"I relaxed trying to teach my pet parrot words."
"I relaxed drinking a tea."
"After I got home I fed my dog and watch televison for a while."

I never saw anything like that. Doesn't mean you can't do it, though.

Do you plan to write a poem for each decision? If so, I think it's doable. But it depends on how you want to frame it, and how you want the story to be, of course. There is no limit to writing, so don't be afraid of experimenting.
