In our Doctrine of our people, the lord finished the creation of the world and looked upon all he'd had made as it was all very good. among the plants of the garden of eden he formed the first fungus,chaim-pitrya ,a pure and living network woven into the soil.
it was not created for food,or beauty alone, but for healing and restoration. through it the breahte of hte maker could quietly mend what was wounded in the green world, binding root to root and life to life in perfect communion.
The First Fungus was counted among the plants of the garden of Eden-Uncorrupted ,whole and filled with original goodness of creation. when the Lord later formed adam and set him to tend and keep it,chaim pitriya already moved beneath his feet, a hidden helper in the work of stewardship.
And when the lord saw Adam alone, He caused a deep sleep to fall upon him, and from his rib he formed Eve so that man and woman might care for the living world ,that included the first holy fungus.
