Does every comment has to be approved?

I am new here, and I posted a couple of things that I'm working onto, and notices first "The thread is awaiting for approval". Which was okay, yeah it makes sense.
Then I say that every comment I make or reply, the reply is also pending approval.
After some time, they are approved.
Just wondering, is there like a later on trophy or achievement where you don't have to wait for approval? Or maybe it is for newcomers, after a while you can reply instantly without waiting for approval?
If not, I accept it as it is, I'm just curious.
