Is the culture and race of these nomads based on people from Middle Eastern countries? Do they come from an area that is reminiscent of the Middle East? Cause if not I would caution against using such terms as it could come off as cultural appropriation.
Personally I don't see anything wrong with using "my lord" or "sir" in most instances. Why do you think Pasha would be better?
The culture is originally nomadic (from an area not unlike Turkmenistan) which then settled in an area which at the time was heavily influenced by an empire which ruled there. "Sir" is a western European word, with Pasha being a rough equivalent in the Ottoman and Mamluk nations. For me, lord and sir both imply a western, feudal fantasy, which is exactly what this culture is not.
Does that make sense?
