Hi, everyone. I'm a 39-year-old husband and father of four. I love high fantasy but am very picky about what writing style I can tolerate. I live Tolkien and George R. R. Martin. I've been developing and writing a story over the last ten or so years that started as a short little Grimm-esque bedtime story for my then young son but has evolved and grown into what may be something quite massive. I'm very glad to be here as I need some good, honest advice and critique from people who will most understand what I'm trying to do. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Yes, i like Tolkien, obviously he was a member of the "INKLINGS", C.S. Lewis was a member , have you heard of Michael Ward's book called the Narnia Code?
It is an interesting read.

Charles Warren was a member of "The Inklings" who also was a member of the Fellowship of the Rosy Cross, that may have inspired Tolkien's Fellowship of the Ring, which is an interesting thought as the Rosy Cross was like The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn!
