Hi all, just thought id better introduce myself since ive been lurking around the forum on and off now for nearly a month... Theres some really good stuff/advice on here!
A bit about me: my name's Lawrence...and I'm a total novice writer, in that I've been writing fantasy as a pastime for a few years now but nothing serious, just scribbling down ideas and world building and the like. I wouldnt call myself a passionate reader either, but I guess my biggest inspiration comes from games (and to a lesser extent films/tv), RPGs especially (I loved The Witcher and Dragon Age series!!).
Anyway, with the help of some of the advice on here I've finally got the very beginnings of a story going. I'm looking forward to getting further with my work and getting to know some other scribes
