I've found the following link really useful - besides names of Taverns and Streets, it has names of Kingdoms, people by location, Deities, monsters, fantasy races and so on:

On another section of the website, there's also an amazing "Fantasy World Generator" that can produce a 3-dimensional globe of the world you've created based on how much water is found on the planet, how much ice is found, etc.
