New here, writing for a few years

I started writing several years ago but just could not get a book together. Dropped the ideas for a while and just stayed busy in life. In 2006 i published my first book. But it was a so called "self-published". i went to three writers conferences and , wow they ding those guys. But I just went on and published four more and yes payed for them. I have learned that the key for me is to find an editor that likes my ideas and will edit to my tune and make me a bit more marketable correct. i live in Fort Smith, Arkansas and open to any help, thoughts or just yacking.

I loved one once but after he committed suicide he swore never to commit again and I wasn't really ready to be possessed anyway.
