PS Vita Memory Storage <Help>

  1. So...hypothetically, if I bought a PS Vita that already had 4 GB of memory space, as well as a game [Persona 4 Golden] that took up about 2 or 4 GB, and then trasferred two digital games [Final Fantasy VII and Castlevania Symphony of the Night] from my PSP, would I need a bigger memory card first?

    Would anyone here know?

I get these sizes for those three games:

    Persona 4 Golden: 3.1 GB
    Final Fantasy VII: 1.3 GB
Castlevania SotN: .356 GB (356 MB)

So if that's right, the total comes to 4.756 GB.

So it looks like you'd need a bigger memory card, if these are all digital.

However, I think that if you already have a card that is 4 GB, you could buy another 4 GB card rather than a bigger card.. Persona could go on one and the other two could go on the second card, and you'd just trade out cards when you wanted to switch between playing Persona and one of the other two.

I'm only basing that last bit on how the PS TV works. I don't have a Vita. But I think they're basically the same.

  3. Ah, that makes sense! Thank you. :)
