Coincidentally I happened to be sat outside listening to some Dolly Parton earlier today and now I read she has passed away. A downright shame, but a great thing she was here at all! Rest in peace to the legend. Time to listen to "coat of many colors" and "islands in the stream" yet again.

I hate seeing who died in the news cause they are all people I feel I know. And Dolly was only 80. I would have thought she was older. She eternally with God now. God bless and keep her.

I think what impresses me the most about her, is her genuineness, especially her compassion. Looking at the world now, that feels like a rare trait to have, and it shouldn't be.
