Hi all,
I have been working on a fantasy story for the past four years. The first two were strictly world building. I have started a first draft and have written 32 chapters. It is titled the Sacred Playlist. I have never participated in a writing community with like minded people and looking forward to seeing where this goes.

In a nutshell it is about a girl who has trained her entire life to become the new champion of Arcadia. To prove herself worthy Freya must face three dangerous individuals at the Redemption ceremony. Freya and her five banner men are given the task of protecting the future Queen as she tours the country of Arcadia. While on the tour the future Queen is taken and it is up to Freya and her companions to find her before it’s to late.

I would think losing the Queen on your first tour would be a very difficult thing to explain. I hope they find her quickly.

Hello, nice to see someone at a similar stage with writing and the community as I am. I hope we both find what we are looking for.

From what I read, your story sounds very interesting. Why is the future Queen touring? Who took her? Are there political conflicts and consequences? It really does set up for a cool world and plot. Good luck with finishing that first draft!
