This looks like a pretty cool Chrome Extension. Similar to programs live Scrivener, from what I can tell. Exports to .epub and .mobi, among other formats:

Huh. I've never had much luck with writing systems like this--but what the heck. It's free, it's on Chrome, so I'll try it!

Well, I can say it made me want to give Scrivener another shot. But the user interface on this one is a big turn off for me.
