Site not opening

Scribes isn't opening for A.E. Lowan so I'm posting for her. She's using Edge and Explorer and the site isn't coming up for her at all. Scribes is working fine for me on Edge, so any idea what's happening and any way to fix this?

Can she test if it works with chrome or firefox?

The typical advice is to ask her to try it on a different browser or to try and clear her browser's cache.
