So, I'm developing the various races for the flintlock fantasy setting I have in the works. One of the rules I've set is that the ratio of pointy-ears to round-ears needs to stay as even as possible. I'm also trying to balance the height of the different races so that Humans are in the middle, four races are taller than them, and four races are shorter than them. Consequently, when it comes to my Gnomes and my Halflings, one of these two races will need to have round ears while the other has pointy ears. The problem is that I can't decide which race gets what kind of ear. So, I'm going to see what other people think about it.
