How should I call a race of centauroid half-deer?

Yes. I ve been playing Warcraft 3 and seen this dryad unit. It looks cool, but I would like to transform this race into a cool mysterious druidic race of half-deer centauroids. However I lack a cool name to describe them....

Cervidaur? (Combining Cervidae and Centaur.)
Cervidaur---sounds to me like a place name... but Cervidan/ Cervidor would work for me cool enough.
The stag-antlered Druidic god was named Cernunnos. Maybe you could work something off of that, like the 'cernunna' or the like.
Or maybe Cenarians?
Cerninians?
Or pure-simple Cernines?

I looked up the word deer and found cool translations in wiktionary:
Venáu (Asturian)
Elnias (Lithu.)
Carw (Welsh)
Fiadh (Gaelic)

Or pure simple Cerves? Cervians?

According to a Mythology Wiki on Centaur Variants the term for a deer variant is Cervitaurs (Pretty close to Eidson's suggestion). If you search for Cervitaur, you'll find more info on them. I don't know if Cervitaurs is "cool" enough for you, but it seems to be the technically correct term. Given this is fiction so technically correct is, of course, relative.

In the theme of making things up, I liked the Gaelic translation you mentioned. You could combine it with the word for bull/taur which is tarbh (pronounced: taw-riv) so you could combine those and call the species Fiadhtarbh (FEE-e-taw-riv)

Lastly, I like Horn Head as a slur for them.
