I'm looking for collaborative writers for a TTRPG (Pathfinder 1E) choose your path adventure. We would NOT start worldbuilding, but adventure building. We construct questions on how the *Adventure* begins (not the world) we use a list the writers, roll a dice, whoever is chosen answers the first question. (example: Location of Starting Area?)
Then, we roll again and the next writer would answer the next question (example: Purpose of being there?) Once the initial questions are answered we each list a potential room found in this starter area. After a list of rooms are made, we list 20 NPCs with broad background (goal, motivation, gender, and race).
Then we dive in. We choose a room to create. Bits and pieces of the world are brought out through the rooms. If conflict among lore discoveries staff will flag it and let the writer know. We build several choices a player is presented with entering the space, some could involve skill checks, others encounters or traps, or the fortunate treasure.
