The whole place is newb friendly. An introduction lets us see you up close as it were...
You might want to have shufti at some of the current and past threads to get a feel of the place.
Then leap on in when you have half a mind.
We rarely bite, even if you ask nicely...

P.S. If you look down to the right of your screen you will see a menu, here you can chat with members!
I think on weekends they do an open chat, when exactly that happens, I've no Idea, but most of us open a chat and invite everyone to join in so it is basically the same thing.
