Greetings! I've recently been searching for websites on fantasy writing, and I believe I've found the perfect one! I'm your typical, nerdy, gamer teen with a passion for fantasy. I've had this idea circulating in the back of mind of attempting to write a novel, but realistically, that's a somewhat half-hearted ambition, and I instead want to learn more about how fantasy is written and the people who write fantasy; as well as getting to know some new people!

Anyway, I look forward to seeing you guys around. I've got some previous forum experience as a moderator on a gaming fansite, but Mythic Scribes will hopefully prove to be far more interesting.

Interesting - is a word that is used fairly often around here...
You should find lots of advice and help here with getting your idea moving.
To paraphrase someone who was paraphrasing Napoleon
"First you write, then you see what happens."
And hopefully there will be people that you want to know along the way.
