How to write dialogues

What authors do you think creates the best dialogues in fantasy?

I am looking for some really nice examples to learn from.

make it seem natural, use what is called maid and butler speech. This is what i use to make it seem more natural, imagine that you are hiding and overhearing the plans of the maid and butler, they would'nt speak like you were there as they don't know you're there. they wont discuss things that they already know like 'did you hear the master and his daughter marrying' when they were both there in the room when it happened
