Scary dreams about Chernobyl recently!!

For some reason I had a couple dreams about Chernobyl.

First dream, I guess I'm some scientist or researcher, don't know. But me and a bunch of other people got suited up in these lead lined suits that where like armored spacesuits. We enter the wrecked building, it was like a giant dark maze and we had to climb over broken equipment and debris. So apparently we're supposed to collect a sample of the core, we where talking over in suit intercoms about getting something from deep inside, but they never said exactly what. Anyway we finally get to the core and since I don't actually know what it looks like my dream made it a burned out room with a huge hole in the floor and debris all over the place. So we get the sample, it just looked like a shinny metallic cylinder the size of a golf ball. For some reason we didn't have any kind of container, so I just had to hold it on the way back. But as we where leaving the core room, somehow one guy fell into the core! He was seriously injured and started screaming over the intercom. We had nothing to try pulling him back up with, so we all made our way out of the place. We get back to where we started but are told there's no way to rescue the guy and we just have to listen to his screams get fainter on the intercom before stopping :O

Second dream. I was a technician monitoring the giant containment building when suddenly all the alarms go off! The radiation meter is normal and the thermal monitor shows nothing, so I and the other characters in the dream have no idea what happened. Then a whole section of the wall collapses and this giant humanoid comes out! It was like fifty feet tall and its skin was like tar! It was roaring and smashing things! Then an entire army comes and starts shooting the monster. They hit it with machine guns, tanks, artillery but nothing hurts it! There's a huge battle and someone hands me a revolver and says I have to help fight it. I don't know what I'm supposed to do as it was shot in the face by a tank and not hurt at all! Then for some reason I'm on top the building and fire six shots at the monster. Of course it doesn't even notice, so I throw the gun at it for some reason. I woke up apruptly at that.

So yeah, what the heck!

The Elephants foot is kind of the remaining remnant of Chernobyl that people would recognize. If you see it, you are probably dead.

I seldom remember my dreams, but when I was on my Cancer drugs, I had pure delusions inspired by them. Its was very mind altering to see how your brain can make you believe things are true that are just not true. A brain can definitely convince you things are real that are not.

Last dream I had that I remember was about my friend who has long term plans to buy the company he pseudo is an owner of. I dreamed he got fired just before the ownership would pass, and it went to the current owners son instead. Never trust....

Yep, I wonder where my unconscious gets this stuff from?
Also since I had those dreams I looked up stuff about Chernobyl and now I think my dreams could actually happen...
