I think either me or my wife has read a bed-time story to our kids pretty much each night since they were born. I think it teaches them a love of stories and reading, as well as all the othe documented benefits. I must say that the stories have become more interesting as they're growing older. There are only so many times I can read the same picture book before losing interest. While now the books are becoming real stories, with a plot and slightly interesting chracters
