I was looking at the tax info we all get from Amazon (this will apply only to Amazon self-pub folks), and there's this csv file that lists all the transactions for the year. This is more informative than their regular reports, imo. In one spreadsheet I get every transaction, including both direct publishing in print, and KOLL. It includes the date and the amount of money that was paid to me for that transaction, as well as whether it was print or KOLL. That's informative.
