Where to submit a horror short story?

Does anyone have any suggestions re: where to submit a horror short story (~3300 words) for publication (or a contest)? I tried using the Submission Grinder, but the results were less than helpful...

It's useful. There's ralan.com too, which is not as comprehensive but better for getting updates on which magazines are opening for submissions.
