Working on a multiple continent fantasy work

My world will have around several continent's in the world the trouble I'm having is the various cultural adaptation along each continent and as well as more races that aren't too keen on humans and elves and etc... btw i am new to this community and I joined to expand my own knowledge hope we can all work together

Good to have you here.
Mining the older threads in other forums around here may give you an idea on how to start the world-building you want.
Usually, I start with the land and build on to that. The land will tell me what sorts of people/races live there and possibly give me analogues from human history to work with.
