I've been away too long

Writerly folks, I've been away for what feels like forever. What's going on? Anything exciting happening? Catch me up on things!

Here's my little update:

1. I quit my job of four years due to some personal life changes (and also having to work 14 hours many days to keep up with my workload)
2. I have a possible job lined up, but I may end up on the hunt for a while given the challenges of finding a job in my industry.
3. I'm participating in NaNoWriMo again this year despite the organization shutting down.
4. I'm still writing excessively.
5. My health still kind of sucks but isn't as bad as it was around this time last year. Or at least different things have gone wrong
6. is still my favorite emoji.
7. I finally started pulling out of a seven-year-long depressive slump

Yes, I've had migraines most of my life as well as something autoimmune that is currently kicking my butt, still undiagnosed and likely will be for a while yet due to not having health insurance. The migraines are better these days but there are a host of other weird, painful, frustrating, and often debilitating symptoms that persist, with fatigue being one of the more irritating. Still, I'm working hard to get better (as if working hard will fix everything lol)

It's honestly so freeing! The job kept demanding more and more of me and I was getting really tired of it. Didn't help my health either
