An agnostic demiurge, who denies knowledge of any higher divinity, claims that creation is an illusion, pretends to be indifferent and disinterested, but secretly intervenes from time to time. Unconsciously created the whole multiverse without intending to. Hates being worshipped. She is actively ignored or despised by most major (fictional) world religions, but nevertheless has a small band of loyal followers and friends who know the Truth. They call themselves the Fellowship of Sages but are too disorganised to be considered a proper 'religon'. Their experiences and teachings are recorded in The Book of the Demiurge, which is banned and forbidden in most parts of the world.
The Demiurge gets a bit defensive and sarcastic when asked about suffering and evil; but secretly works to remove timelines that would lead to irredeemable evil outcomes.
The multiverse has 11 dimensions, three of visible space, seven of dark space, and one dimension of time. Light (electromagnetic force) dominates the first three dimensions of space but does not reach the other seven. I need to research why photons only exist in three dimensions, but other particles exist in 10 dimensions of space..
There is a higher, 12th dimension of Conceptual Tme, in which the Demiurge and other Celestials exist. The other Celestials include Angels, ascended Saints and beings of pure thought, known as Conceptual Minds, who influence the work of the Demiurge.
This 12-dimensional meta- multiverse, including the Demiurge, is believed to have been created by a higher spiritual power, or meta divinity from a higher Spiritual Realm.
Magic is about the use of an invisible fifth force and beings that live in the other 7 dark/etheric dimensions, through a kind of mystical communication, sharing thoughts, feelings and energy with multidimensional beings. These beings include 11 archons who each have their sphere of influence, although subordinate to the Demiurge.
Wood Elves for example are magical beings who can move between the visible and dark dimensions and are aligned with the Archon of Nature. Dragons serve Chronos, the Archon of Time.
Demons are rogue entities not aligned with Archons nor directly serving the Demiurge.
This framework allows for the limited possibility of undead through the assumption that the soul is an etheric extension of the body into the dark dimensions of space. However this is a rare occurrence, since a corrupted soul would normally fragment and decay after the death of its physical body.
