Not a book, but I recently watched the anime on Netflix called Delicious in Dungeon...and it's so cozy!! Half of it is exploring a dungeon to search for a friend who's in danger, and the other half is cooking up whatever monsters they happen across so they don't have to waste money on food supplies. Everything always looked SO DELICIOUS.
